Birgit Pohl has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, ranging from graphic design and software development to engineering management and coaching. She is an experienced software engineer, a skilled moderator and an active listener. She is currently a leadership, startup and agile coach, working with clients from various sectors and sizes to help them achieve their goals and potential.
She is passionate about supporting womxn in tech and fostering diversity and inclusion in the industry. She has successfully increased gender diversity in the engineering group by 20% and empowered developers with technical and soft skills at numerous organisations. She has a 100% success-rate promoting developers to the next level and tells everyone the secret-sauce of how to successfully finish a project.
She also believes in honesty, transparency, a people-first attitude, and psychological safety, and applies these values in her coaching and consultancy services. She enjoys team sports, long-endurance bicycling, and team-e-sports, where she often analyses the trainers and leaders of the teams.
